Having an online account with Salix means that you can manage your rent account, report and track your repairs and complaints, and receive updates on the progress of all your cases with Salix. You can access your online account day or night, on a desktop, mobile or tablet.
Its quick and easy to set up an account, and you should only need to do it once.
You will need your rent account number to hand to register for an online account. This can be found on your green rent payment card - it’s the 19 digit number. We need this in order to match you on our system and complete a security check.
